| Okay Jason, welcome to the 21st century. Actually, this is my second blog. I have a quite excellent piece on Tiger Woods on my myspace.com page, but nobody reading this will care about that. I know Sara is interested in my political views, and would prefer to read them here, but I must stick to what's really important, outside of the God of the Universe that is. He's involved mind you, but this is about the best two physical gifts I've ever received from Him.
Those reading this, so far, know Samuel and Lizzie. They are the coolest little people ever, and I've learned through them, what it really means to love. I thought I knew, I thought I really loved people, but this is truly remarkable. Two little people that light up at the sight of you, and hold your heart in their tender little hands. You all are part of their world, and we really appreciate all of your help and the time you've spent with them. So, without further adieu, here's what's going on in their lives now. Samuel is a little sicky. He's been puking ever since he left Moppy and Poppy on Saturday. Coincidence, hmmm??? That's a tough one. Other than that, he's still the sweetest boy ever born. He knows most of his letters, his numbers (0-9), and all the "basic" colors. He's way ahead on this stuff, and I'm just worried he's going to be doing calculus in 1st grade, and I won't be able to help him anymore!! (teaching him to mow the grass, bout time he earned his keep!)
Lizzie is growing by the second it seems. She's started laughing now, and loves to be tickled, especially by her mommy. She'll smile at the drop of a hat, and is already a little social butterfly. Anytime we leave her alone for even a few seconds, if she's not asleep, she's awondering why we're not still around to wait on her. She has A LOT to say, sometimes for hours at a time she'll be yammering on about something. I can't wait to understand what she's saying, of course, many people still say that about me :) (is there a cuter bunny - thanks Masha!)
Our lives (Jenny and me) revolve around them a lot, but not totally. We have a lot of help from grandparents on both sides, and also people who love us enough to have us around when we have our kids too. Being a parent is an amazing thing, and I'm happy to share just a little part of that joy with you. I hope you enjoy the pictures. I'll try to keep this updated once in a while, but please bare with me, and continue to wait "patiently." I am a busy little boy. Take care everyone. God Bless! |
